This Forum came about after seeing the venom on the other Doberman forums and seeing good people go away. We want people to feel welcome here, we want it to be a place where people can learn and teach, and share great stories about Dobes or life in general (in the off topic threads). We want this to be a great resource to current Doberman owners, past owners and especially those looking for their first Doberman. Please help people get good information here not just emotion and opinion. Many people have had some bad experiences with breeders, brokers or even pet stores. That information can be shared in the Breeder area only when backed by fact. All those posts need to be submitted through the administrator for review so that we are not just name calling and slandering others. The most forbidden thing here is to verbally beat up on people. Opinions are always okay, everyone has them, but you have to be able to communicate it without attacking others. The goal of this Forum is to help others not make the mistakes we may have already made.
There can be no self promotion here in your posts or threads, there is a commercial section for litter announcements and breeders that also must be submitted through the Administrator for review, we are not going to help unethical breeders move their cause along.
We don’t want spamming or flaming, and we don’t want offensive, vulgar or inappropriate posts, and no pharmaceutical ads… We like Dobes here not trolls, so no trolling, and don’t post anything copyrighted unless you happen to own the copyright.
